LAB 0002 field notes
Turn a voice dump into separate work lanes
One spoken task dump became two pinned tasks in different projects: LAB intro research and a job-search planning task. The September 15 receipt proves the split and handoff. It does not prove the work was finished or that time, tokens or money were saved.
Try it
Say the messy list aloud without tidying it first.
Ask for the outcome, project and approval boundary for each item.
Split only when a task needs a different outcome, home or approval path.
Review the proposed title, project and first action before creating each task.
Return to each task for its actual result. A created thread is not a completed job.
Copyable prompt
I am brain dumping several things. Separate them only where the outcome, workspace or approval boundary differs. For each one, give me the outcome, smallest safe next action and whether it deserves its own task. Ask before publishing, sending, spending money or changing production systems. Show me the proposed project and title for each task before creating it.

Before you try it
This example is from September 15. A voice conductor can misread a vague task dump. Inspect the tasks and authority before it acts. Start with two items. Name the outcomes and approval boundaries. Keep only the tasks you will return to.
